工作原理
旁路管通过法兰连接在贮罐液的侧面,随着内的液位上升下降,带动管内一个含磁钢组件的浮子也同时上升下降。旁路管是全封闭的,所以液位计/表中*同液体接触的运动机件是浮子本身(见下图)。
在旁路管外部一侧是柯普乐?磁翻柱显示部分,磁翻柱一半为白色,另一半为红色(MRA)或者蓝色(MRK)。MRA为塑料制成,MRK为陶瓷材料制成,磁翻柱轴径向间隔距离为10mm。随着浮子上升下降,装在其顶部的*磁铁的束性磁场“推”翻柱由白色转为红色(MRA)或者蓝色(MRK),当浮子下降时,磁翻柱再转为白色。这就是说,在任何给定时间,贮液罐内的液体量总是由红色或蓝色磁翻柱表示出来,而不需任何外加电源。

工作原理
旁路管通过法兰连接在贮罐液的侧面,随着内的液位上升下降,带动管内一个含磁钢组件的浮子也同时上升下降。旁路管是全封闭的,所以液位计/表中*同液体接触的运动机件是浮子本身(见下图)。
在旁路管外部一侧是柯普乐?磁翻柱显示部分,磁翻柱一半为白色,另一半为红色(MRA)或者蓝色(MRK)。MRA为塑料制成,MRK为陶瓷材料制成,磁翻柱轴径向间隔距离为10mm。随着浮子上升下降,装在其顶部的*磁铁的束性磁场“推”翻柱由白色转为红色(MRA)或者蓝色(MRK),当浮子下降时,磁翻柱再转为白色。这就是说,在任何给定时间,贮液罐内的液体量总是由红色或蓝色磁翻柱表示出来,而不需任何外加电源。

Magnetic Level Indicator
The appeal of magnetic level indicators is total isolation of the process within a sealed piping column. Elimination of leaking seals, clouded glasses, broken glass tubing, plus easy access cleaning and adaptation to a variety of mounting styles and process connections. Availability of switches and transmitters adds to their desirability by providing a much less expensive system than a build up of sight glasses, alarm switches and transmitters, all separay piped to the vessel.
Within the Atlas piping column is a float containing an internal group of magnets. A rise or fall of the fluid in the process tank corresponds to a similar change within the piping column. In response to the level movement the float moves up or down accordingly.
Clamped to the piping column in total isolation from the process liquid is a visual indictor housing. It contains the choice of indicator, either a series of flags or a follower.
The individual flags or the follower contain an alignment magnet which couples with the float magnets as the float moves up or down within the piping column. Float movement rotates the flags and changes their color, or in the case of the follower moves the follower to the point of level.
The position of the follower, or point at which the flags change color, represents true level. Level is indicated or "read" by the corresponding point on the measuring scale.

Measurement Principle
A low energy pulse, generated by the Jupiter electronics, travels the length of the magnetostrictive wire. A return signal is generated from the precise location where the magnetic field of a float intersects the wire. A timer precisely measures the elapsed time between the generation of the pulse, and the return of the acoustic signal.

The Atlas is standard, high performance magnetic level indicator. Atlas is a single chamber design with either 2", 2.5", or 3" chamber diameter, as required by the application. There are twelve basic configuration styles, including top mount models.
Atlas magnetic level indicators are produced in a wide range of materials of construction, including plastics. Orion also offers one of the most complete selections of process connection types and sizes in the industry.
Atlas may be equipped with a variety of level transmitters and switches, as well as, flag and shuttle indicators with or without stainless steel scales. This enables the Atlas to be a complete level and monitoring control.
Measurement Principle
A change of level in the process tank corresponds to a similar change within the Atlas chamber. In response to the level movement, the Atlas float moves accordingly, actuating the flags or shuttle for visual indication.

Magnetic Level Indicator
The appeal of magnetic level indicators is total isolation of the process within a sealed piping column. Elimination of leaking seals, clouded glasses, broken glass tubing, plus easy access cleaning and adaptation to a variety of mounting styles and process connections. Availability of switches and transmitters adds to their desirability by providing a much less expensive system than a build up of sight glasses, alarm switches and transmitters, all separay piped to the vessel.
Within the Atlas piping column is a float containing an internal group of magnets. A rise or fall of the fluid in the process tank corresponds to a similar change within the piping column. In response to the level movement the float moves up or down accordingly.
Clamped to the piping column in total isolation from the process liquid is a visual indictor housing. It contains the choice of indicator, either a series of flags or a follower.
The individual flags or the follower contain an alignment magnet which couples with the float magnets as the float moves up or down within the piping column. Float movement rotates the flags and changes their color, or in the case of the follower moves the follower to the point of level.
The position of the follower, or point at which the flags change color, represents true level. Level is indicated or "read" by the corresponding point on the measuring scale.

With standard magnetic indicators with side clamp-on transmitters, the float represents a single point of indication. If the float should become damaged due to violent process conditions, the signal from the analog transmitter is lost. Measurement Principle
A low energy pulse, generated by the Jupiter electronics, travels the length of the magnetostrictive wire. A return signal is generated from the precise location where the magnetic field of a float intersects the wire. A timer precisely measures the elapsed time between the generation of the pulse, and the return of the acoustic signal.

Magnetic Level Indicator
The appeal of magnetic level indicators is total isolation of the process within a sealed piping column. Elimination of leaking seals, clouded glasses, broken glass tubing, plus easy access cleaning and adaptation to a variety of mounting styles and process connections. Availability of switches and transmitters adds to their desirability by providing a much less expensive system than a build up of sight glasses, alarm switches and transmitters, all separay piped to the vessel.
Within the Atlas piping column is a float containing an internal group of magnets. A rise or fall of the fluid in the process tank corresponds to a similar change within the piping column. In response to the level movement the float moves up or down accordingly.
Clamped to the piping column in total isolation from the process liquid is a visual indictor housing. It contains the choice of indicator, either a series of flags or a follower.
The individual flags or the follower contain an alignment magnet which couples with the float magnets as the float moves up or down within the piping column. Float movement rotates the flags and changes their color, or in the case of the follower moves the follower to the point of level.
The position of the follower, or point at which the flags change color, represents true level. Level is indicated or "read" by the corresponding point on the measuring scale.

磁性翻柱式液位计

工作原理
旁路管通过法兰连接在贮罐液的侧面,随着内的液位上升下降,带动管内一个含磁钢组件的浮子也同时上升下降。旁路管是全封闭的,所以液位计/表中*同液体接触的运动机件是浮子本身(见下图)。
在旁路管外部一侧是柯普乐?磁翻柱显示部分,磁翻柱一半为白色,另一半为红色(MRA)或者蓝色(MRK)。MRA为塑料制成,MRK为陶瓷材料制成,磁翻柱轴径向间隔距离为10mm。随着浮子上升下降,装在其顶部的*磁铁的束性磁场“推”翻柱由白色转为红色(MRA)或者蓝色(MRK),当浮子下降时,磁翻柱再转为白色。这就是说,在任何给定时间,贮液罐内的液体量总是由红色或蓝色磁翻柱表示出来,而不需任何外加电源。

The Atlas is standard, high performance magnetic level indicator. Atlas is a single chamber design with either 2", 2.5", or 3" chamber diameter, as required by the application. There are twelve basic configuration styles, including top mount models.
Atlas magnetic level indicators are produced in a wide range of materials of construction, including plastics. Orion also offers one of the most complete selections of process connection types and sizes in the industry.
Atlas may be equipped with a variety of level transmitters and switches, as well as, flag and shuttle indicators with or without stainless steel scales. This enables the Atlas to be a complete level and monitoring control.
Measurement Principle
A change of level in the process tank corresponds to a similar change within the Atlas chamber. In response to the level movement, the Atlas float moves accordingly, actuating the flags or shuttle for visual indication.

Magnetic Level Indicator
The appeal of magnetic level indicators is total isolation of the process within a sealed piping column. Elimination of leaking seals, clouded glasses, broken glass tubing, plus easy access cleaning and adaptation to a variety of mounting styles and process connections. Availability of switches and transmitters adds to their desirability by providing a much less expensive system than a build up of sight glasses, alarm switches and transmitters, all separay piped to the vessel.
Within the Atlas piping column is a float containing an internal group of magnets. A rise or fall of the fluid in the process tank corresponds to a similar change within the piping column. In response to the level movement the float moves up or down accordingly.
Clamped to the piping column in total isolation from the process liquid is a visual indictor housing. It contains the choice of indicator, either a series of flags or a follower.
The individual flags or the follower contain an alignment magnet which couples with the float magnets as the float moves up or down within the piping column. Float movement rotates the flags and changes their color, or in the case of the follower moves the follower to the point of level.
The position of the follower, or point at which the flags change color, represents true level. Level is indicated or "read" by the corresponding point on the measuring scale.

Gemini’s second chamber facilitates the installation of the Eclipse Guided Wave Radar transmitter, thus providing a totally redundant measurement system.
With standard magnetic indicators with side clamp-on transmitters, the float represents a single point of indication. If the float should become damaged due to violent process conditions, the signal from the analog transmitter is lost. With Gemini’s dual chamber design, Eclipse will continue to measure the liquid level accuray, repeatedly and reliably, as it is not dependent on interaction with the float.
Gemini’s magnetic indicator chamber can be equipped with switches, transmitters, blankets or heat tracing, while the secondary chamber houses the electronic measurement instrument.
Measurement Principle
Change in the process tank level correpsonds to change in the Gemini chamber. The float within the chamber actuates flags or a shuttle for visual indication. The instrument mounted within the second chamber also reacts according to the level change.

The Jupiter Magnetostrictive level transmitter provides a 4-20 mA output, proportional to the level being measured. Jupiter models are designed to attach quickly and easily, via standard clamps, to Orion’s Atlas and Gemini magnetic level indicators or can be directly inserted into a wide variety of process vessels.
Packaged in an ergonomic dual compartment enclosure, the unit offers many features not found in typical magnetostrictive units today. The dual compartment design allows for separation of wiring and electronics and helps facilitate simple, easy installation and set-up for both top and bottom mount versions.
With a Jupiter Magnetostrictive Transmitter, an Orion MLI offers high accuracy and high linearity at a reasonable price.
Measurement Principle
A low energy pulse, generated by the Jupiter electronics, travels the length of the magnetostrictive wire. A return signal is generated from the precise location where the magnetic field of a float intersects the wire. A timer precisely measures the elapsed time between the generation of the pulse, and the return of the acoustic signal.

The Atlas is standard, high performance magnetic level indicator. Atlas is a single chamber design with either 2", 2.5", or 3" chamber diameter, as required by the application. There are twelve basic configuration styles, including top mount models.
Atlas magnetic level indicators are produced in a wide range of materials of construction, including plastics. Orion also offers one of the most complete selections of process connection types and sizes in the industry.
Atlas may be equipped with a variety of level transmitters and switches, as well as, flag and shuttle indicators with or without stainless steel scales. This enables the Atlas to be a complete level and monitoring control.
Measurement Principle
A change of level in the process tank corresponds to a similar change within the Atlas chamber. In response to the level movement, the Atlas float moves accordingly, actuating the flags or shuttle for visual indication.

Magnetic Level Indicator
The appeal of magnetic level indicators is total isolation of the process within a sealed piping column. Elimination of leaking seals, clouded glasses, broken glass tubing, plus easy access cleaning and adaptation to a variety of mounting styles and process connections. Availability of switches and transmitters adds to their desirability by providing a much less expensive system than a build up of sight glasses, alarm switches and transmitters, all separay piped to the vessel.
Within the Atlas piping column is a float containing an internal group of magnets. A rise or fall of the fluid in the process tank corresponds to a similar change within the piping column. In response to the level movement the float moves up or down accordingly.
Clamped to the piping column in total isolation from the process liquid is a visual indictor housing. It contains the choice of indicator, either a series of flags or a follower.
The individual flags or the follower contain an alignment magnet which couples with the float magnets as the float moves up or down within the piping column. Float movement rotates the flags and changes their color, or in the case of the follower moves the follower to the point of level.
The position of the follower, or point at which the flags change color, represents true level. Level is indicated or "read" by the corresponding point on the measuring scale.

Gemini’s twin chamber design is unique to the magnetic level gauge industry. Over 18 configuration styles are available with Gemini, and though not available in plastics, it may be produced in the same metal material selections as Atlas.
Gemini’s second chamber facilitates the installation of the Eclipse Guided Wave Radar transmitter, thus providing a totally redundant measurement system.
With standard magnetic indicators with side clamp-on transmitters, the float represents a single point of indication. If the float should become damaged due to violent process conditions, the signal from the analog transmitter is lost. With Gemini’s dual chamber design, Eclipse will continue to measure the liquid level accuray, repeatedly and reliably, as it is not dependent on interaction with the float.
Gemini’s magnetic indicator chamber can be equipped with switches, transmitters, blankets or heat tracing, while the secondary chamber houses the electronic measurement instrument.
Measurement Principle
Change in the process tank level correpsonds to change in the Gemini chamber. The float within the chamber actuates flags or a shuttle for visual indication. The instrument mounted within the second chamber also reacts according to the level change.
