Ultroser™ G可以在细胞培养基中成功替代FCS(胎牛血清)。Ultroser™ G设计用于依赖贴壁细胞的体外培养。已在羊膜液细胞原代培养中测试过，旨在确认其核型分析能力。Ultroser G通过CE标记注册。
Ultroser G通过一系列质量测试，包括PH、蛋白质浓度、无菌控制、细菌和真菌、牛病毒（BHV1-DVB/MM,红细胞吸附）、支原体、Hep G2细胞增殖能力、核型分析等。

英文简述：
Ultroser™ G serum substitute can successfully replace FCS (fetal calf serum) in cell culture medium. It is designed for the in vitro culture of anchorage-dependent cells. It is specially tested as the primary culture from amniotic liquid cells and is designed to confirm their ability for karyotyping. Ultroser G serum substitute is CE mark-certified.
Ultroser G serum substitute has a concentration five times higher than fetal calf serum (2 % of reconstituted Ultroser G serum substitute is equivalent to 10%  fetal calf serum in the basal medium).
