FLuc mRNA使用了TriLink*的共转录加帽试剂CleanCap进行加帽，该加帽试剂可产生Cap 1结构，并具有高效的加帽效率。FLuc mRNA是多聚腺苷酸化的，并针对哺乳动物系统进行了优化，模仿*加工的成熟mRNA。
