DKZ型直行程电动执行机构是DKZ系列的升级改进型,它可接收来自DCS系列或是调节器的4~20mA DC模拟量信号,输出推力,自动地操纵各种直线位移的调节阀门,更具有超力矩保护功能及超力矩报警功能,防止电机长时间堵转烧毁。可广泛用于电站、冶金、化工、石油、建材、轻工及水处理等行业。但由于现场条件不同,我公司同时生产户外型电子式一体化直行程产品(即DKZ-DW)

1、 输入信号:Ⅱ型0~10mA DC;Ⅲ型4~20mA DC
2、 反馈信号:Ⅱ型0~10mA DC;Ⅲ型4~20mA DC
3、 输入通道阻抗:Ⅲ型250Ω;Ⅱ型200Ω
4、 输出推力、全行程时间:见表
5、 基本误差:±1.5%
6、 回差:≤1.5%(≤1%)
7、 死区:0.5~5%可调
8、 具有现场手动操作功能
9、 电限位范围:下限0~90%;上限10~100%
10、 断信号保护状态可选择:a、停在原位 b、自动关闭c、自动全开
11、 故障报警:两路报警输出(超力矩报警和断信号报警),每路一对常开接点
12、 电源电压:220V(10%,15%) 频率50Hz
13、 使用环境:温度:执行机构-10~+70℃或-25~+90℃;湿度:≤80%周围空气中不含有腐蚀性物质
14、 防护等级:普通型IP55,户外型IP65
