5450/5451是一款具有5½位显示器的数字式超高电阻测量仪,集成了ADCMT的传统和新型直流放大器技术。 它的设计易于使用,任何操作本仪器的人都可以获得相同的测量结果。
高电阻测量可广泛用于测试二次电池,半导体,电子元件,电容器,印刷电路板,滤波器,合成树脂或橡胶材料在研发,制造,质量控制等领域使用的电绝缘材料。
通过使用夹具,可以根据JIS标准测量材料的表面和体积电阻。 另外,可以以高灵敏度和高精度测量施加高电压的半导体器件的泄漏电流。
