| 背景 | Teratocarcinoma-derived growth factor 1(TDGF1) is a Cell membrane protein and contains 1 EGF-like domain. The protein plays an essential role in embryonic development and tumor growth. Mutations in this gene are associated with forebrain defects. It also may play a role in the determination of the epiblastic cells that subsequently give rise to the mesoderm. |
| 溶解方法 | Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles. |
