二.国标标准要求：

GB/T20234.1-2015：

 车辆碾压

供电插头和车辆插头，按照7.21的方法进行车辆碾压试验后，不应出现如下现象：

——防护等级不满足6.9的要求；

——爬电距离、电气间隙和穿透密封胶距离不满足6.17的要求；

——其他可能会增加着火或电击事件的可能性的损坏迹象；

不能满足6.10的介电强度要求。

7.21　车辆碾压

将带有制造商推荐的电缆的供电插头和车辆插头随意地放在水泥地上。用规格为P225/75R15或同等负载的传统汽车轮胎以（5000±250）N的压力，以（8±2）km/h的速度压过供电插头或车辆插头（轮胎充气压力220 kPa±10 kPa）。当车轮从试件压过之前，每一个试件均应随意地以正常方式放在地上。测试中的试件应无明显移动。被施加压力的试件不应放置在突出物上。

UL2251标准测试要求：

 35.1  Each of three devices wired onto electric vehicle cable shall be placed between a pair of rigid, flat, steel plates that are at least 457 mm (18 inches) long and are horizontal and parallel to one another. One plate shall be moved gradually toward the other at a rate of 10.0 ±2.5 mm (1/2 ±1/8 inch) per minute, until a crushing force of 890 N (200 lbf) is applied, and held for one minute and then removed. Each device shall be oriented in a natural resting position before applying the force. The force shall not be applied to the projecting pins.

35.2  The electric vehicle cable used to wire the device shall be the minimum size and type of electric vehicle cable specified for use by the manufacturer in accordance with 56.1.2.

四．试验后性能

在完成9.34.2的试验后，下列情况适用：

不得出现以下程度的严重开裂、折断或形变：

---除外露接线端子外，带电部件及内部线路可通过图8所示的标准丝触及，见9.4.

---外壳完整性受破坏，使得功能盒的内部部件得不到适合的机械或环境保护，或功能盒的极性受损。

---功能盒的动作、功能或安装受到妨碍。

---功能盒对软电缆不能提供足够的应力松弛。
