盲肠：位于右髂凹，上界以结肠瓣为界，下端是盲端。盲肠是结肠的起始端，也是结肠壁zui薄，位置zui表浅的部分，长约6.25cm，宽7.5cm。盲肠的前方和外侧有腹膜覆盖，前面与大网膜及前腹壁相邻，后面与髂肌和腰大肌相邻，其位置极不恒定，可高至肝下或低至盆腔内，有的系膜较长，十分活动。盲肠的内后方与回肠末端相结合，其顶端内侧有阑尾。在回肠进盲肠壁入口处有回盲瓣，回盲瓣由上下两个唇状皱襞组成。瓣两端与回肠和盲肠的环状括约肌所形成的系膜相连接，这些环形肌进入上下两瓣中，使回盲瓣具有括约肌功能，可防止大肠内容物反流进小肠，也可控制食糜不致过快地进入大肠，使食物在小肠内得以充分的消化和吸收。(2)升结肠：下端接盲肠，上缘在肝下与横结肠相连，长12～20cm；前面及两侧有腹膜遮盖，使其固定于腹后壁及腹侧壁；前方有小肠及大网膜和腹前壁；后方借疏松结缔组织与腹后壁相连，由上向下有右肾，腰背筋膜，内侧有十二指肠降部、右输尿管，手术分离较困难。
