Chip-based multi-channel tunable optical filter is a new product based on thermally tuned SOI micro ring resonator structure. This product achieved the integration of multi-channel optical filters on a single SOI chip. It has tiny polarization sensitivity realized by a special design. The product is electro-optically co-packaged and digitally driven.
