Biocoat多聚-D-赖氨酸包被微孔板
Biocoat原属于BD公司旗下，2012年底被康宁收购。专业提供各种细胞外基质蛋白、粘附分子、细胞因子和血清添加剂，该系列产品包被在Falcon耗材的表面，另外还有欲包被不同成分的细胞外基质和粘附分子，为细胞提供更接近体内的生长环境。主要产品有Matrigel基底膜基质，collagen Ⅰ，Ⅱ，Ⅲ，Ⅳ，Ⅴ，Ⅵ，Fibronectin，Laminin，PDL，玻连蛋白等。
聚-D-赖氨酸 （PDL） 和聚-L-赖氨酸 （PLL） 是合成化合物，通过改变培养基质上的表面电荷来增强细胞粘附和蛋白质吸收。除了促进细胞粘附外，聚赖氨酸表面处理还支持神经突生长，并提高培养物中许多中枢神经系统 （CNS） 原代细胞的存活率。由于PDL和PLL是合成分子，因此它们不会刺激在其上培养的细胞中的生物活性，并且不会引入天然聚合物携带的杂质。
