一、用途Use

本设备应用于医药、化工、食品、轻工等行业中的水解、中和、结晶、蒸馏、蒸发等生产过程。反应釜可采用304、316L等不锈钢材料制造。搅拌形式有锚式、框式、桨式等；转动机构可采用摆线针轮减速机、无级变速减速机等；密封装置可采用机械密封；加热冷却可采用夹套、半管、盘管结构；加热方式有蒸汽、电加热、导热油等；以满足耐酸碱、耐高温、耐磨损、抗腐蚀等不同工作环境的工艺需要。可根据用户工艺要求进行设计、制造。

选配工艺：可以根据需求做防腐内衬，反应釜内壁防腐喷涂工艺，可以耐强酸，强碱，高温，低温等工艺处理条件。

Optional process: Anticorrosive lining can be made according to requirements, and the inner wall of the reaction kettle can undergo anti-corrosion spraying process. It can withstand strong acid, alkali, high temperature, low temperature, and other processing conditions.

二、结构特点Structural Features

●   反应锅由锅身、锅盖、搅拌器、电加热油夹套、支承及传动装置、轴封装置等组成，可以夹套通导热油循环加热或冷却；或夹套设计电热棒或蒸汽半管进行加热。

●   由于用户因生产工艺，操作条件不尽相同，搅拌形式一般有锚式、桨式、蜗轮式、推进式或框式。

●   夹套上开有进排油、溢油、放空及测温电热棒孔。锅体下部开有放料口。
