       大鼠黑质神经元细胞（RN-sn）提取于新生E14大鼠黑质，原代冻存。每管含有细胞数>1×106 cells/ml，此细胞通过对Neurafilament、MAP2和Beta-tubulin III的免疫荧光染色验证，经测试不含有支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌。细胞可以达到15倍增。

The RN-sn from ScienCell Research Laboratories are isolated from E14 rat brain substantia nigra. They were frozen on primary culture and delivered either frozen or proliferating culture. The proliferating cell has been cultured in neuronal medium for two to three days in our laboratory before shipping. The culture is about 80% confluent and delivered cold （in gel ice box）. They are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. RN-sn are guaranteed to further culture in your laboratory in the conditions provided by ScienCell Research Laboratories.
