琉化锌晶体光学材料作为一个重要的二,六化合物半导体,硫化锌纳米材料已经引起了极大的关注,不仅因为其出色的物理特性,如能带隙宽,高折射率,高透光率在可见光范围内,而且其巨大的潜力应用光学,电子和光电子器件。硫化锌具有优良的荧光效应及电致发光功能,纳米硫化锌更具有的光电效应,在电学、磁学、光学、力学和催化等领域呈现出许多优异的性能,因此纳米硫化锌的研究引起了更多人的重视,尤其是1994年Bhargava报道了经表面钝化处理的纳米ZnS:Mn荧光粉在高温下不仅有高达18% 的外量子效率,其荧光寿命缩短了5个数量级,而且发光性能有了很大的变化,更为ZnS在材料中的应用开辟了一条新途径。可用于制白色的颜料及玻璃、发光粉、橡胶、塑料、发光油漆等。
