和低热，粪便多为水样，少数为血水样，恢复较快，病后免疫力

不强，可重复感染。该菌还可引起浅表创伤感染、败血症等
副溶血弧菌肠炎是由致病性副溶血弧菌引起的急性胃肠炎。
河弧菌肠炎由河弧菌(V.fluvialis)引起。河弧菌可引起散发性

腹泻，在英国、美国、西班牙、非洲、中东、东南亚均有发病，

各年龄组易感，但以婴幼儿和青少年多见。临床上有恶心、呕吐

、腹痛及腹泻。腹泻量较多，有每天达7L者，因此常伴失水。少

数粪便带粘液或血。病程1～3天。粪便排菌量甚高，可达10 /ml

，置含氯化钠3%～7%条件下生长良好。
拟态弧菌肠炎
拟态弧菌(V.mimicus)与不典型的霍乱弧菌关系密切，性质相似
