双面电池问题:
将电池的后侧改为光盖,被发现使双面PERC电池和模块对后侧的新型PID敏感,即去极化型PID(PID-p)和腐蚀型PID机制(PID-c)。
解决方案:
为了测试电池的这些类型的PID,我们开发了PIDcon双面体。它是用温度、照明和高电压对完整的电池进行压力测试,它可以在两个方向上进行极化。通过测量照明下的IV曲线,可以确定PID的灵敏度。
