磁力驱动搅拌器主要由电机、减速器、水套体、密封筒体、支承体、外磁钢体、内磁钢体、上、下搅拌轴、桨、控制箱等组成（如图）。电机、减速机装在水套体上边，外磁钢体通过回转体组件装在电机、减速器上，内磁钢体装在支承体的轴上，被密封筒体罩在其中，上轴下端与下轴靠联轴器联为一体。电机、减速机带动外磁钢体旋转，通过磁力偶合而带动装在密封筒体内部的内磁钢体旋转，内磁钢体的轴与搅拌轴用联轴器联为一体，对物料进行搅拌。由于内磁钢体及搅拌轴装在密封罩体内部，而密封筒体与釜体之间的平面可用金属石墨垫靠螺栓压紧，因而从根本上改变了搅拌轴与釜体间的“动密封”为“静密封”，从而实现了高温、高压下的无泄漏。

The magnetic drive stirrer mainly consists of a motor, a speed reducer, a water jacket body, a sealing cylinder body, a support body, an outer magnetic steel body, an inner magnetic steel body, upper and lower stirring shafts, paddles, a control box and the like (as shown in the figure). The motor and speed reducer are installed on the water jacket body, the outer magnetic steel body is installed on the motor and speed reducer through the rotating body assembly, the inner magnetic steel body is installed on the shaft of the support body and is covered by the sealed cylinder body, and the lower end of the upper shaft and the lower shaft are integrated by the coupling. 

　　 搪玻璃开式反应釜的放料阀的阀头和阀杆在烧成时会变形，这会导致阀头和孔板的符合性差，这样薄的包覆层底子无法确保阀头与孔板的严密贴合，因为封不住，操作人员会用力拧紧阀门，这会导致孔板的包覆层在很短的时间内开裂、裂离。乃至有的 搪玻璃开式反应釜的新阀门还没有用就封不住。大部分用户没有对阀门密封性查验的认识和设备，假如阀门走漏，加进 搪玻璃开式反应釜的物料还没有反响就流入下流设备，严重影响产品质量。这种走漏是内漏，发现不了，因为阀门走漏形成的产品质量不合格还不易发现。
